Product Description
This automatic internal coating spraying equipment is specifically designed for molded pulp industrial packaging (e.g., egg trays, fruit trays, electronic cushioning packaging). It uses programmable robotic arms to evenly apply water-based or solvent-based functional coatings (waterproof, oil-proof, anti-static) onto the inner surface of pulp molded products. The system ensures consistent film thickness, reduces overspray, and increases coating material utilization by up to 40%. Ideal for medium to large-scale production lines.
