Product Overview

This customizable industrial microwave dryer uses microwave electromagnetic energy to volumetrically heat and dry materials, achieving rapid, uniform moisture removal. Available in continuous tunnel, vacuum low-temperature, and multi-layer industrial configurations.

Unlike conventional drying that relies on thermal conduction (which is slow for insulating materials), microwaves selectively interact with polar molecules (primarily water), generating heat within the entire volume of the material simultaneously.
